Piaggio Indonesia has strengthened its presence in Sumatra by inaugurating a new Motoplex 4 Brand dealership in Pekanbaru, operated by its new partner PT Amartha Kura Motorindo. Strategically located in Sudirman City Square, the 406-sqm facility integrates 3S services (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) for Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi, catering to a broad range of customers—from urban riders prioritizing style to performance enthusiasts seeking high-capacity motorcycles. The new outlet becomes the company’s 64th dealership nationwide and the 19th Motoplex in Indonesia.
Managing Director and Country CEO Marco Noto La Diega highlighted the significant potential of the Pekanbaru and Sumatra markets, affirming the brand’s commitment to delivering authentic Italian riding experiences and premium service quality. PT Amartha Kura Motorindo’s President Director, Albert Gani, expressed pride in joining Piaggio’s dealership network and emphasized the team’s dedication to providing a comprehensive customer experience. To celebrate the opening, Piaggio Indonesia offered special promotions from 22 October to 21 November 2025, including free engine oil for the first 200 Piaggio and Vespa owners, service discounts, and complimentary checkups for Aprilia and Moto Guzzi riders. With this launch, Piaggio now operates six dealerships across Sumatra, reinforcing its strategic expansion in western Indonesia.
