The BP Batam delegation actively conducted dozens of bilateral meetings with global shipping companies, ship component manufacturers, and leading logistics operators to offer concrete investment solutions. One significant outcome is the interest from the shipping giant CMA CGM, which plans to send a delegation to Batam to explore direct call services and logistics network strengthening. This move proves that Batam is increasingly recognized as a strategic trade growth center in Asia capable of competing with international industrial standards.

In addition to France, BP Batam also expanded its economic diplomacy to the Netherlands through strategic dialogues with the Port of Rotterdam authority and Indonesian business associations there. Exchanging views on the transformation of modern ports into high-value-added ecosystems was a primary focus to improve port efficiency in Batam.
