Customs offices in Pangkalpinang and Aceh are strengthening collaboration with local governments and stakeholders to accelerate regional export growth. These efforts aim to expand global market access for local products and MSMEs through coordinated programs that support regional economic development.
In Pangkalpinang, Customs held a strategic dialogue with the Governor of Bangka Belitung to discuss initiatives such as the blue economy, green economy, cooperatives, and export-oriented villages. They also introduced a “mobile export clinic” to help MSMEs explore export opportunities. Meanwhile in Aceh, Customs participated in a national seminar on export-import of local commodities, presenting the One Stop Information (OSI) portal that provides MSMEs with access to financing, regulations, procedures, and guidance to improve their export readiness.
