The development of this SEZ is expected to accelerate the national and Central Java economy, as directed by President Joko Widodo. Elen Setiadi, Deputy for Energy and Mineral Resources Coordination and Vice Chair of the National SEZ Implementation Team, emphasized that the action plan will serve as the foundation for policy implementation and the management of the Industropolis Batang SEZ. The plan aims to create a competitive, sustainable SEZ that will contribute to long-term development. The event concluded with the signing of the Industropolis Batang Action Plan, marking a crucial step in the SEZ's implementation.
