Twelve countries, including Indonesia, the Netherlands, China, Europe, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, and Vietnam, attended the 17th Indo Livestock and Indo Feed forum, the 14th Indo Fisheries, the 15th Indo Dairy, the 3rd Indo Agrotech, and the 4th Indo Vet. This forum demonstrated significant confidence from both domestic and international industries in innovations and solutions within the livestock, feed, dairy processing, agriculture, veterinary health, veterinary equipment, fisheries, and aquaculture sectors. Tri Melasari, Director of PPHNAK at the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture, stated that the event presents an excellent opportunity for sustainable agricultural industry growth and a venue for stakeholders to exchange the latest information and technology. Besides showcasing a variety of internationally standardized livestock and animal health products, the Ministry also provided space for industry players to consult on animal production, health, food safety, export consultation, business licensing investment, and partnership financing.
Specifically, for the Indonesia Pavilion, the host will feature six pavilions: the Dairy Pavilion by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Indonesian Seafood Pavilion by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Closed Loop Pavilion by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, and pavilions by the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, and PDHI (Indonesian Veterinary Association). The event targets 18,000 visitors over three days. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries will host the Indo Fisheries 2024 Expo & Forum for the first time. This marks a new milestone for Napindo, committed to making Indo Fisheries a bridge between the international community and the rapidly developing Indonesian industry. Indonesia, with its rich marine resources and dynamic seafood production, is a global leader in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. Erwin Dwiyana, Director of Marketing for Strengthening Competitiveness of Fishery and Marine Products at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, explained the background of the Ministry's hosting of the Indo Fisheries 2024 Expo & Forum. Erwin Dwiyana also elaborated on the SDTI (Milk, Meat, Eggs, Fish) program's socialization supported by Napindo and KKP.
