Indonesia's success is evident in its cocoa production and processing capabilities. It ranks seventh in global cocoa bean production and is a key player in processing cocoa products, closely following the Netherlands and Ivory Coast. Indonesia's processed cocoa exports, including cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, cocoa cake, and cocoa powder, exceed 327,000 tons annually, distributed to 96 different countries. Moreover, the country's chocolate product industry has shown impressive growth, with exports reaching USD 76 million in 2022, reflecting a 9.59% increase compared to the previous year.
