PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko, also known as PT TWC, has established a collaboration with the Class II Non TPI Wonosobo Immigration Office to introduce the Visa on Arrival (VoA) extension service at Borobudur. Through this service, the aim is to enhance the services in the area, which is classified as a Super Priority Tourism Destination (DPSP). The introduction of this premier service in the DPSP area is intended to facilitate foreign tourists who wish to extend their stay permits. Consequently, it is expected to have a more significant impact on Indonesia's economy.

As reported on the @media_twc Instagram account on July 30, 2023, this service will be available at the main gate area of Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur. The service operates from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB). Foreign tourists who wish to extend their VoA must provide the necessary requirements, which include a valid passport and a return ticket.
