The Mojokerto City Government provides various conveniences in business licensing services. These efforts have successfully fostered an investment climate in Onde-Onde City, with a realization reaching IDR 322.1 billion in the second quarter of 2023. The ease of the licensing process is one of the keys for investors to invest in Mojokerto City. As evidenced, the investment value has shown positive growth in the January-June period, achieving 87.5% of the target of IDR 370 billion for the year 2023. The investment realization of IDR 322.105 billion consists of two sectors of capital investment. IDR 101.2 billion is contributed by micro and small-scale enterprises (MSMEs), while non-MSME or medium and large-scale enterprises reached IDR 220.8 billion.
Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service and Manpower Agency (DPMPTSP Naker) provides ease of business licensing through the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) application. This electronically integrated business licensing system is highly effective in assisting entrepreneurs to start and conduct their capital investment activities. With this system, Zaini entrepreneurs no longer need to meet face-to-face with officers at the service counters. The entire licensing process can be done online. Moreover, DPMPTSP Naker has established an expedited permitting team and an LKPM team to facilitate entrepreneurs facing challenges. This includes providing direct assistance and connecting entrepreneurs with certified professionals from the province to find solutions. To further assist the public, DPMPTSP also provides service applications for other types of permits. For instance, building permits can be accessed through the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) managed by the Ministry of Public Works and Human Settlements. Additionally, the residents of Mojokerto City can utilize the Simojo application, which stands for Permit Monitoring System, to access permit services not covered by the OSS and SIMBG. These services include applications for advertising permits, building usage permits, field usage permits, as well as permits for practices and healthcare professionals.
