The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) organized an export class for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java, aimed at improving product quality and competitiveness. In collaboration with Bank Indonesia and the Cimahi Financial Training Center, the event provided comprehensive training on export financing, trade procedures, fiscal incentives, logistics, and contract drafting. The class also included field visits to experienced exporters. Additionally, the Bandung Customs Office conducted a socialization event introducing export procedures and the facilities of the Small and Medium Industries Export Destination Ease (KITE IKM) program to export-ready MSMEs in Bandung City. The socialization covered topics such as shipment requirements, financing, marketing, and business matching.Through partnerships with various institutions, including local governments and state-owned enterprises, the aim is to support MSMEs in developing their businesses and engaging in export activities to foreign markets. These initiatives are expected to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSMEs, ultimately contributing to their growth and success in international trade.
