The regulation states that the quota ratio for export rights for CPO and its derivative products is currently valid at 8 times the amount of the validation results for the implementation of the DMO for CPO and/or cooking oil reported through SIMIRAH, as the basis for establishing Export Rights for Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached, And Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached, And Deodorized Palm Olein, dan Used Cooking Oil. The Decree of the Director General of Foreign Trade Number 18 of 2022 is the implementing regulation of the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 49 of 2022 concerning the Management of the People's Cooking Oil Program and the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 50 of 2022 concerning Export Provisions for Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached, And Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil. Didi emphasized that if there is a change in the rules, the Ministry of Trade will definitely inform them officially.
