The Netherlands is one of Indonesia's export destinations. Located in the west of the European continent, the Netherlands is one of the countries that is a potential market for Indonesian products, especially since it has historical closeness. Indonesia itself is currently exporting a number of commodities and goods to the Netherlands. Exported commodities include tea, nutmeg, spices, pepper, cinnamon, chili sauce, crackers, sweets, frozen stingrays, jackfruit, mango, pecel sauce, anchovies, and andaliman. Then home decor products such as baskets, bread bins, waste baskets, decorations, to dirty clothes are also commonly found in the Netherlands. Clothing products, both handmade and manufactured, wood charcoal, musical instruments, footwear, and coconut oil have also entered the Dutch market. The trade value between Indonesia and the Netherlands recorded a surplus of around USD3.8 billion in 2021. Even though in that year the Covid-19 pandemic was still ongoing. The trade value between Indonesia and the Netherlands also continued to increase, in that year the amount was around USD 5.5 billion. Its export value is more than four billion US dollars and its imports are only USD 846 millio. As is known, there are many potential MSME products to be exported to the Netherlands to meet various market needs in the country.
