The Head of the Chemical, Energy, and Mining Work Unit of the All-Indonesian Workers Union (PUK SP KEP SPSI) PT Evoluzione Tyres held an organizational democracy party as mandated by the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART), namely the 1st Work Unit Consultation (MUSNIK) on July 31st, 2022–August 1, 2022 at Grant Hotel Subang. The 1st MUSNIK carries the theme "Strive and develop ourselves together in order to create an organization with integrity, strong, professional, and independence through 6 organizational strengthening agendas." The MUSNIK activity includes 3 important things, namely the submission of the Management Accountability Report (LPJ) of PUK SPKEP SPSI PT Evoluzione Tyres for the 2018–2022 service period; formulating a work program for the 2022–2025 service period; and selecting the personnel for the PUK management for the 2022–2025 service period who are considered to be able to carry out the work program that has been set.
The opening ceremony of the activity was also attended by the Central Leader of FSP KEP SPSI R. Abdullah General Chair, Chair of Organizational and HR Strengthening, Saepul Anwar, Chair of Social and Economic Strengthening, and Chairman of West Java Provincial Leadership Agus Koswara, Deputy Chair of Organization and Resources Human PD FSP KEP SPSI West Java Ira Laila Budiman, Head of Branch Manager of FSP KEP SPSI Subang Regency Mr. Bung Tata Taryono, Head of Industrial Relations Department of Manpower Transmigration (KABID HI DISNAKERTRANS) Subang, Mrs. Restuning, Chair of the Regional Board of Indonesian Employers Association (DPD APINDO) Subang Regency, Mr. Oo Ortorisi, Representative of BPJS HEALTH Mr. Munif Bany, and representatives of the management of PT Evoluzione Tyres, Mr. R.M Ghani and Mr. Agung Widodo.
In his speech, the General Chairperson of PP FSP KEP SPSI R. Abdullah conveyed the importance of implementing Pancasila Industrial Relations as a manifestation of the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, in order to realize harmonious, dynamic, fair, and sustainable industrial relations. R. Abdullah also expressed his hope that through this MUSNIK, we can attract cadres of management who are trustworthy, professional, sincere and have sufficient capability in carrying out the mandate to defend, protect and fight for the welfare of members.
