The Ministry of Trade reported that the "UMKM Berani Inovasi, Siap Adaptasi Ekspor" (UMKM BISA Ekspor) program successfully recorded a transaction value of IDR 2.27 trillion (equivalent to US$ 134.87 million) throughout 2025. This achievement resulted from facilitating 1,217 business actors who actively participated in various business matchmaking and international promotion activities. The food and beverage sector was the most dominant, contributing 29.99 percent of the total transactions, followed by the plantation, furniture, and textile sectors. This success demonstrates that Indonesian MSME products possess increasingly strong competitiveness and are capable of meeting the demands of a highly dynamic global market.

For association members, the success of this program serves as tangible proof that small and medium-sized enterprises have equal opportunities to penetrate export markets when supported by appropriate mentoring. The government continues to strengthen collaboration with trade representatives abroad to provide intensive feedback regarding standards and market needs in destination countries. Furthermore, synergy with various financing institutions such as LPEI has helped MSMEs overcome capital constraints and enhance production capacity. With this positive growth momentum, the UMKM BISA Ekspor program is expected to produce more resilient new exporters to strengthen the national economic structure in the future.
