On 12th April 2019 Italian Business Association in Indonesia (IBAI) with American Chamber (AmCham), British Chamber (BritCham), European Chamber (EuroCham), German Chamber (Ekonid), Canada Chamber (ICCC), Indonesia Australia Business Council (IABC), The Jakarta Japan Club (JJC), Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro), Korean Chamber (KoCham), and US-ASEAN Business Council had a meeting at Vice President office with Mr. Sofjan Wanandi as Vice-President Expert Staff, Mr. Maruli Apul Hasoloan as Director General of Manpower Placement Development and Expansion of Employment Opportunities, Mr. Ali Chaidar as Section Head of the Directorate of Foreign Worker Utilization at the Ministry of Manpower and Mr. Wijayanto Samirin as Vice-President Expert Staff being the speakers with all presidential expert staff related. The detail results of focus group discussion with the chambers are:

1. Government will not apply positive list nor negative list, instead government will go with positive list with some improvements (flexibility of the decree).
2. To ensure efficiency and provide incentives for businesses, Ministry of Manpower will establish green line solution / automatic approval system for those companies with good track records and reputation in terms of bringing investment and creating jobs.
3. Other than attended chambers and companies with good track records and reputation in terms of bringing investment and creating jobs, they must follow the procedure stipulated by ministerial decree to submit a new job positions.
4. Government is very open for a new kind of business sector that are not listed in the KBJI or ISCO.
5. Job positions must be submitted with the ISCO code.
6. The job positions submitted will be generated based on their ISCO code.
7. The same ISCO code job positions will be generated based on the name of the title or job position itself.
8. There will be a high possibility for a government to welcome expatriates that will be hired for chambers.
