Batu currently houses 2,897 UMKM, with 331 having upgraded their status through partnerships for export activities within Indonesia. These exports range from carrots, potatoes, and tempeh crisps to fruit crisps. In 2023, Batu's UMKM contributed 18.6% to the overall growth of UMKM in East Java.
