Indonesia's Trading Performance Increased Steadily

The Indonesian Deputy Minister of Trade has showcased the performance of Indonesia's trade sector, highlighting its continued growth in recent years. According to the Deputy Minister, Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports in 2021 reached USD 207.6 billion, up from USD 176.4 billion in 2020. The country's imports also increased, reaching USD 176.1 billion in 2021, up from USD 135.4 billion in 2020.
The Deputy Minister also noted that the government has implemented various measures to support the growth of the trade sector, including the simplification of trade regulations and the improvement of trade infrastructure. These efforts have contributed to the growth of Indonesia's trade sector, which has become an increasingly important part of the country's economy. Overall, the Deputy Minister's remarks highlight the continued growth and potential of Indonesia's trade sector and the government's commitment to supporting its development.
