ESB Collaborates with ASENSI to Expand the Business Scale of Indonesian Culinary MSMEs

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) collaborates with the Indonesian Licensing Association (ASENSI) to expand the business scale of MSMEs in the culinary sector. As one of the software providers of all-in-one culinary business operational system software, ESB continues to strive to support the turnaround and growth of the economy in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic. The signing of the cooperation between ESB and ASENSI which was inaugurated at The 20th Indonesia Franchise, License and Business Concept Expo and Conference (IFRA) in conjunction with Indonesia License Expo (ILE) 2022 is expected to further expand opportunities to reach and support more parties. In addition, he continued, ESB also wants to help MSME business people so that they can develop their business market more broadly while improving the quality of trade for culinary sector players in the Indonesian franchise industry, in order to boost their economy after the pandemic.
"The momentum of digitalization and integration of the Asian economy is a turning point for licensing businesses, including franchises, to develop their competitiveness towards a wider and more massive global market. Through this collaboration, we hope that together with ESB to support the government program entitled Indonesia Spice Up The World (ISUTW), ASENSI carries out the mission of presenting local restaurant brands to go global, and help accelerate the national economic recovery," added ASENSI Chair Susanty Widjaya.
 
Not only that, ESB has also prepared a number of supports and steps through the technology ecosystem so that it can be right on target to support MSMEs to upgrade.
"Surviving, getting up, and moving up a grade is easy if we help each other. Digitalization will be able to expand the scale of their business, so it is hoped that the steps we take will be able to help business actors be more efficient and effective in managing their business so that they can be more competitive and lead to success and boosted by the economy," said Gunawan.
Armed with success and positive influences that have been proven in a number of large players, Gunawan added that ESB believes that the ecosystem presented will be able to help realize the progress of an inclusive digital economy in Indonesia. This is also reinforced by the fact that until the first semester of 2022, there are more than 8,000 merchants who have joined the ESB ecosystem. Throughout the IFRA-ILE 2022 event, hundreds of culinary franchises entrusted the ESB ecosystem as part of supporting governance and increasing the scale of their businesses. These partners are not only from Jabodetabek, but also from a number of other major cities such as Surabaya, Tasikmalaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, to Bali.
"The achievements so far are also our strength and motivation to continue to be able to expand our business so that our technology can have an even greater impact on culinary sector business people, including MSMEs throughout Indonesia," Gunawan concluded.
