On April 27, 2016 at the Istituto Italiano, Vice President of IBAI, Mr. Alberto Simeone, Mrs. Shinta W.Kamdani, Kadin Vice Chairman, and H.E. Vittorio Sandalli, Italian Ambassador to Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Italian Business Association in Indonesia (IBAI) and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI).

This MoU Signature is the second MoU between IBAI and Kadin, at this event also attended by Mr. Rosan P. Roeslani, the Kadin Chairman. Mr. Rosan expressed his appreciation to the past and ongoing cooperation between IBAI and Kadin. He added that the signature of the MoU between the IBAI and Kadin reflects their mutual commitment to build a culture of cooperation with the view to improve the overall business environment, to expand trade between Indonesia and Italy and to attract more European investors to Indonesia.
