The Central Java Investment Business Forum (CJIBF) 2025, organized by the Central Java Provincial Government, successfully attracted 34 investors ready to invest a total of IDR 5 trillion in the province. Governor Ahmad Luthfi emphasized that the investors have already signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with local governments as part of their commitment to develop various regional sectors. He encouraged continued collaboration between municipalities and regencies to strengthen investment inflows and stimulate regional growth.

Governor Luthfi noted that investment is a key driver of regional development, with Central Java recording IDR 66.13 trillion in realized investment as of the third quarter of 2025—mostly from foreign direct investment. The province expects that through CJIBF, more investors will be drawn to Central Java, creating new job opportunities and strengthening the province’s economic foundation.
