Amsakar said that with the presence of Soto Kwali Solo, it is hoped that it can become a culinary choice for the community, especially those in Batuaji. “In addition, of course, it can also open up job opportunities for the community,” said Amsakar, Monday (3/10/2022). According to him, this economic democracy has a great contribution to the nation. At least 98 percent of the Indonesian people depend on economic democracy or people’s economy for their life. “I am happy with the opening of Soto Kwali Solo because indeed the contribution of economic democracy is very large,” he said. The more the development of economic democracy, it will also help the government in solving the unemployment problem. “Therefore, the Batam City Government also continues to concentrate, not only on large investments but also on the economic democracy,” he said.
